Elena Deutsch, MPH founded WILL – Women Interested in Leaving Law to help lawyers enjoy more satisfying careers - in the practice or out. She works with lawyers from private practice to in-house, general counsel and CLOs to regain control of their careers and lives.
Women she works with experience clarity, relief, freedom and flexibility. Elena brings warmth and connection to all the services she offers in WILL. She holds programs, retreats and has created a community where women lawyers see they're not alone. In WILL, you can expect to expand personally and professionally.
