Michael Reheuser is an International Coaching Federation Credentialed Coach (ACC) and a litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience in state and federal courts. He has handled all aspects of complex civil litigation for clients ranging from sole proprietors to Fortune 500 corporations.
He served for 14 years as a Senior Executive with the Department of Defense, overseeing multi-billion-dollar programs and leading hundreds of employees. As Director of Army Installation Services, he was responsible for policies and resources supporting more than $4 billion annually in housing, environmental, and logistics programs across all Army installations worldwide.
Mike also held the position of Assistant G-1 for Civilian Personnel, where he managed global civilian personnel programs across all areas of human capital management, impacting nearly 300,000 U.S. Army employees. He was the Department of Defense’s first Director of Privacy and Civil Liberties.
A retired U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Colonel, Michael brings over 30 years of military experience and was twice selected to command Marine Corps units.
