Connie specializes in group coaching. Her most recent group coaching program has assisted one General Counsel in three different organizations, enabling the General Counsel and her direct reports to harness the team’s collective wisdom, embracing growth and developing trust. Working in teams facilitates the creation of a community of safety, reinforcing accountability of each team member in sustaining the changes that will support the team’s continued success.
