Marianne Trost is a nationally recognized career management coach who has worked exclusively with attorneys for over 30 years. Her mission is to guide, inspire and support attorneys to manage their careers strategically and proactively. Marianne is known for her ability to assist attorneys in navigating challenges in their careers as well as successfully transitioning to other opportunities.
She coaches clients on preparing for difficult conversations, asking for opportunities, and positioning for promotion. She also coaches clients on job search strategy, resume preparation, stating accomplishments, answering difficult interviewing questions, and communicating one's value. Marianne particularly enjoys working with women lawyers to help them address the additional work/life, communication, inclusion, imposter syndrome, and branding challenges they may encounter at different junctures in their careers.
