With a special affinity for lawyers, she has coached senior lawyers in corporate, Am Law 200, government agencies, and nonprofits to adopt strategic approaches, enhance team dynamics, and become more effective leaders in both the legal and business contexts.
Prior to coaching, Michelle held leadership roles as an Assistant Attorney General in the public sector and Deputy General Counsel, Commercial and Intellectual Property, and Director of Government Relations in a publicly-traded company. Having worked in-house, Michelle understands the challenges of managing high-pressure situations, aligning legal strategies with business goals, and working within complex organizational systems.
