Lisa B. Horowitz, JD, MSOD, is passionate about helping attorneys build meaningful and fulfilling careers. She regularly coaches attorneys working in house, in law firms and in government to successfully explore and execute career transitions. Following almost two decades practicing federal procurement law, Lisa successfully transitioned to the talent development and coaching field. In 2013, after leading the professional development department of a large law firm, she founded the Attorney Talent Strategy Group and since then has coached clients to take charge and grow successful careers.
In addition to coaching, Lisa is known for delivering training programs on career, leadership and management to national organizations including the ACC and the American Bar Association.
