Lauren M. Ruvo Carroll is a career coach and attorney specializing in helping lawyers navigate career transitions. Lauren holds a J.D. from Georgetown Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law, a Master’s from Harvard, and a B.A. from Boston College. She has held legal and leadership roles, including Associate Director at Loyola Marymount University, shaping Title IX policies and supporting misconduct victims.
