I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with advanced training in Neuroscience of Change and Internal Family Systems.
My coaching philosophy is built on the foundational belief that we each possess all the capabilities and resources to achieve our goals and live our personal visions for our lives. I partner with my clients to clarify their goals, gain awareness of the obstacles in their way, and take the actions that will allow them to overcome those obstacles.
I’ve coached executives, lawyers, and other professionals in multiple industries including law, financial services, pharma, technology, energy, franchising, and nonprofits. Along with my advanced training as a coach, I bring the context of over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer and senior executive including serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel for USAA P&C Group.
