Most recently, Seth was the Chief Legal Officer at Marqeta (Nasdaq: MQ) (www.marqeta.com), where he led the legal, risk, and compliance functions (50 professionals total) and helped take the company public in June of 2021. Before that, he led SolarCity’s (Nasdaq: SCTY, acquired by Tesla 2016) legal, compliance, and risk management groups (75 professionals total) for 8-plus years, including during its 2012 IPO. Seth joined SolarCity when it had 200 employees, and when he left, it had over 12,000 employees. Prior to joining SolarCity, he was Vice President, General Counsel, Head of HR and Chief Privacy Officer at Coremetrics, a leading digital marketing company that was acquired by IBM.
