Previously, Riya counseled technology executives as the attorney for a $1B software division at Microsoft, startup founders and investors while at Wilson Sonsini, and digital media executives at Sony Pictures. In addition to her coaching and corporate credentials, her framework is also informed by her extensive training in mindfulness, somatics, conflict resolution, and yoga, as well as by the latest research in neuroscience, organizational behavior, and psychology.
