Ellen Cohen, JD, MA, PCC, CPCC

Ellen is a multi-certified coach, organizational consultant and group/team facilitator, who was a former corporate exec/in-house attorney (Sony, Disney, Microsoft, et al) so it’s a natural fit for her to focus her coaching on in-house attorneys. Her clients come from many in-house roles including litigators, securities, intellectual property, compliance, procurement, distribution, corporate and other legal/legal adjacent/business roles. 

She primarily works with first time managers to GC/CLO at such companies as Target, Verizon, Adobe, Merck, Spotify and PayPal. She is also certified in multiple assessments (360 feedback) including Hogan, DiSC, Benchmark 360 and LEA360.

Ellen incorporates scientific/neuroscience-based coaching to help you increase your emotional intelligence and organizational influence by activating the 5 Pillars of Influence™ (Credibility, Leadership Presence, Identity, Mindset and Building Relationships [“C.L.I.M.B.”]) so you can stand out as an effective communicator and leader.
