Catherine Nathan is a lawyer, certified coach, and founder of Catherine Nathan Coaching for Lawyers LLC. Catherine’s unique background combines her legal and coach training. Her vast experience includes founding and leading Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs practice, where she focused on general counsel recruitment at Fortune 500 companies and major nonprofit organizations.
Catherine is certified by Columbia University's Coaching Certification Program, one of the premier and most rigorous coaching programs in the country. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Association of Corporate Counsel's coaching roster, and is licensed to administer the full suite of NBI assessment tools and instruments.
