Nicole joined nbn in 2017 and is a corporate lawyer with over 23 years’ experience. In her present role as General Counsel Finance (Acting) and Legal Practice Coordinator Procurement, Nicole has proved instrumental in advising on the company’s raising of over $7 billion from bank facilities and debt capital markets, including nbn’s first Green Bond, which at the time of issuance, represented the largest AUD-denominated corporate green bond transaction.
Nicole takes a business partnering approach to stakeholder management and is experienced in engaging with senior management and executive teams, providing pragmatic advice to help the company achieve its strategic and operational objectives.
Nicole invests time in her team, leading in a way that serves and enables the team to develop and use their capability. Her team describe her as knowledgeable, accessible, caring, and responsive.
Outside of work Nicole loves spending time with family and friends, community volunteering, watching her 3 boys play sport, baking and travelling.
