Mentee of the Year

Summary: Awarded to the in-house lawyer who demonstrates the highest goal attainment and positive promotion of mentoring, resulting from participation in the ACC Mentor Match Program.

Eligibility: Mentees who have engaged in the ACC Mentor Match Program in the year of the awards.

Judging Criteria

• Demonstrated high level of effort and achievement of goals set throughout the mentoring program.
• Showing a high level of drive and ownership over the management and administrative aspects of the mentoring relationship.
• Level of contribution and influence as a mentee in professional development and networking opportunities.
• Contribution to the promotion of menteeing as a positive professional and personal development tool for both mentor and mentee.
