As part of Telstra’s Sustainability, External Affairs and Legal (SEAL) Innovation Forum, the team banded together to disrupt the way they communicate and to find ways to increase impact.
As expected, they confirmed that unclear communication makes more work for their clients. They also calculated that unclear communications were adding up to five hours of extra work a week for each SEAL team member!
