Karla is an in-house counsel practising in the oil and gas industry. She advises on all aspects of the upstream and downstream gas production supply chains for her employer, an international wholly owned subsidiary of a multi-national energy company. Karla also deals with the day-to-day management of her employer's participation in the GLNG Joint Venture and advises in respect of all legal issues including front and back end legal work.
Prior to working in-house, Karla was an Associate in the Global Disputes team at an International Law Firm and advised primarily in relation to litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution procedures arising within the energy and resources sector and on major infrastructure projects.
