Overview (Program Summary)
As the world responds to legal, regulatory reviews and criticism of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, what should the in-house community focus on in order to ensure both legal compliance and continued protection and progress to ensure that all voices are represented and heard? This dynamic discussion will focus on how the legal community can ensure continuity and relevance of DEI, by leveraging the ACC Inclusivity Index and layering a framework of both local regulation around the globe and the application of cultural nuances and norms.
