Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC SingaporeWe are delighted to launch the first event in our new Wellness Series for 2026, an initiative designed to support the personal wellbeing and professional resilience of in-house lawyers in Singapore.
Timed to coincide with the month of International Women’s Day, the evening will open with a screening of The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause, which brings to light the real stories and systemic gaps surrounding menopause care, awareness and workplace understanding. The film sets the stage for a practical and candid conversation on why menopause matters, not only for women, but for colleagues, leaders, families and organisations.
Following the screening, Lindsay Davis, Founder at FemTech Association Asia, will moderate a discussion with Dr Tash Mirando, Family Physician and Menopause Lead at Osler Health International, Amanda Lim, Certified Health Coach & Director of LIFT Clinic and co-host of The Forties Formula podcast, and Chris Richards, Managing Director for APAC and the Middle East at Ultimate Performance.
The panel will explore the realities of perimenopause and menopause, their impact at home and at work, and practical approaches to managing symptoms and supporting colleagues through this stage of life. The session will conclude with audience Q&A and a networking reception.
This inaugural session aims to help demystify a life stage that affects half the population yet remains widely misunderstood and, in many homes and workplaces, are still difficult to discuss openly.
While the subject centres on female health, the impact of menopause extends far beyond the individual. It affects families, colleagues, teams and organisations. Creating informed, supportive environments requires shared understanding, and that conversation includes everyone.
This session is open to all ACC members, women and men alike, who want to better understand menopause, support colleagues and partners, and contribute to healthier, more informed workplaces.
