ACC San DiegoArtificial intelligence has been integrated into industries such as healthcare for several years, and litigation involving AI-related injuries is beginning to emerge. While cases alleging AI errors remain relatively rare, largely due to limited familiarity among plaintiff’s counsel. This landscape is rapidly changing.
In this session, attorney Matthew P. Keris of Marshall Dennehey will guide participants through the challenges of preparing for the anticipated wave of invasive, weaponized discovery tactics. Attendees will gain insight into:
