Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Charlotte

A data breach is not just an IT problem - it’s a potential for legal crisis that demands immediate, informed action. This program equips in-house counsel with the tools to lead effective breach response efforts, from effective pre-incident planning, to the moment of discovery, through notification and remediation. Topics include legal obligations under customer contracts and breach notification laws, coordination with IT and incident response teams, preserving privilege, managing communications and preparing for potential litigation or enforcement actions. This session will help in-house lawyers turn chaos into control with real-world scenarios and practical tips, including from a recent senior advisor and deputy chief of staff at the FBI.

All registration links are located in our weekly email.
