ACC ChicagoACC Chicago and Crowell & Moring invite you to a timely and engaging roundtable, hosted by Crowell international trade partner Dan Cannistra. This roundtable offers a unique opportunity to explore how recent and anticipated tariff measures are affecting various sectors, and to gain critical insights into what legal teams should be preparing for in the months ahead. We will delve into the tariff landscape, the pillars of the 2025 tariff regime, section 232 compliance, and relevant Supreme Court developments, among others.
We hope you will join us for a thoughtful afternoon of peer-to-peer discussion, practical insights, and networking. This roundtable will be discussion-driven and interactive, rather than a traditional presentation. Please note that it is not eligible for CLE credit.

Speakers
Daniel Cannistra, Partner, International Trade, Washington, D.C.
Dan Cannistra has represented domestic and foreign companies in over 75 U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty cases before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission under the Tariff Act of 1930. Many of these matters involved appeals to the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, binational panels under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and dispute settlement proceedings before the World Trade Organization (WTO). Dan has also represented clients in antidumping proceedings in the European Union, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, India, Thailand, Singapore, Guatemala and Taiwan.
