Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Europe

Internal investigations have become an essential management tool — helping companies navigate crises by establishing facts, recommending corrective measures, and mitigating legal and reputational risks.

Join ACC Europe and Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd for an interactive edition of the Corporate Counsel Roundtable Series, hosted in Zurich. This in-person session will explore the evolving role of international investigations in corporate governance and compliance—where cross-border inquiries, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder scrutiny increasingly intersect.

Through focused, small-group discussions, we will address key topics such as:

  • Coordinating multi-jurisdictional investigations and managing privilege challenges
  • Responding to dawn raids, whistleblower reports, and regulator-driven probes
  • Challenges in investigations at C-Suite and Board level
  • Balancing transparency, confidentiality, data protection obligations and blocking statutes in cross border data flows

The roundtable will be facilitated by experienced investigators and practitioners, encouraging candid exchange and practical insight-sharing among peers.
