Join ACC Europe and Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd for an interactive edition of the Corporate Counsel Roundtable Series, hosted in Zurich. This in-person session will explore the evolving role of international investigations in corporate governance and compliance—where cross-border inquiries, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder scrutiny increasingly intersect.
Through focused, small-group discussions, we will address key topics such as:
- Coordinating multi-jurisdictional investigations and managing privilege challenges
- Responding to dawn raids, whistleblower reports, and regulator-driven probes
