ACC Connecticut

Networking & Lunch - 12:00
CLE – 12:30 - 1:30

A.I. is not only transforming the issues being litigated, but also the way in which they are being litigated.  A.I. stands to supercharge workflows across industries, but how will that new medium impact discovery and preservation obligations in litigation?  A.I. can eliminate the need for much manual effort and technical knowledge in assembling a product or service, but who bears the risk when the A.I. makes a mistake? Non-lawyers now have 24/7 access to a “good enough” legal advice, but will those communications ever be privileged? A.I. tools could give litigators an unprecedented ability to efficiently research and analyze documents, but is it reliable enough for bet-the-company litigation?  In this webinar, the speaker will survey the emerging precedents and trends that should shape how general counsel internally manage their company’s risk and externally manage litigation.
