ACC AlabamaThis presentation will focus on one of the most difficult issues that multistate employers face – multistate compliance. State and local employment laws vary widely from state to state and, sometimes, from municipality to municipality. As 2026 arrives, a wave of new state and local requirements is poised to reshape employer obligations across a changing political and technological landscape. We will distill the most significant developments into an executive-ready briefing, mapping the relevant jurisdictions, subject-matter trends, and key effective dates. Attendees will leave with a forward-looking playbook for 2026 readiness.
