Pierce Atwood and the ACC Northeast Chapter invite you to a double-header CLE and networking event on May 7, 2026 from 4-7 pm. Attendees will earn Harassment and Discrimination credit and Ethics credit through two timely programs.
The first program will explore the evolving landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), including how employers are adapting their approaches in response to shifting regulatory priorities and increased workplace complexity. Pierce Atwood partner Katy Rand will lead this presentation.
The second program, designed for in-house counsel, will feature a panel discussion on pro bono service within corporate legal departments. This session is being presented by the Maine Justice Action Group’s Pro Bono Committee, and facilitated by Marcia Levy, Director of Field Placements & Pro Bono Service at University of Maine School of Law. The panelists will address common barriers, share practical approaches, and highlight the professional and organizational benefits of participation.
