Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Southern CaliforniaIn today’s “big data” landscape, one of the biggest challenges in conducting efficient investigations or resolving disputes is the sheer volume of potentially relevant electronic documents. In many matters, collecting, processing, and reviewing this data can account for 60%–70% of a company’s total legal spend. Adding to the complexity, a meaningful assessment of the merits often isn’t possible until document discovery is complete.
Fortunately, new Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools are transforming this process. These technologies can rapidly identify key documents, categorize materials by relevance and issue, and perform sophisticated analysis with remarkable speed.
During this CLE, a panel of experienced litigators and eDiscovery professionals will explore the GenAI tools now available to the legal industry and walk through real case studies demonstrating how these technologies streamline workflows and deliver value in today’s dispute environment.
