Please join us for a conversation addressing key tax pitfalls to avoid in the design of incentive plans, employment agreements and separation agreements. This presentation will focus on identifying opportunities to mitigate tax exposure in a variety of compensatory vehicles including, but not limited to, Code Section 409A compliance in incentive plans and severance packages and Code Section 280G cutback provisions. Participants will learn how to identify potential compliance risk with payment timing terms, issues around equity grants and valuations and other opportunities to strengthen their compensation schemes.
