ACC Charlotte

Join us for a timely panel discussion on the latest federal and state enforcement priorities and the growing role of cybersecurity issues in government investigations. Led by Robert J. Higdon Jr. a seasoned former government prosecutor with deep experience guiding clients through high‑stakes regulatory inquiries, enforcement actions, internal investigations, and parallel civil and criminal proceedings, the panel will focus on trends in federal civil and enforcement as well as cyber challenges facing corporate and business entities. Robert will be joined by Special Agent Jessica Nye of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Raleigh Field Office, who brings deep experience in cyber matters and government investigations.

This discussion aims to provide real‑world perspective on how agencies are approaching current enforcement efforts and is designed to equip attendees with actionable strategies for responding to government scrutiny, managing risk, and staying ahead of emerging enforcement trends.
