DOJ Enforcement Priorities: A year of review of DOJ Priorities, Initiatives and Enforcement Actions under the Second Trump Administration

Please join us for an upcoming CLE focused on recent DOJ enforcement guidance and practical compliance takeaways. The program will cover the Department of Justice’s May 2025 enforcement guidance, including revisions to the Corporate Whistleblower Awards Program and updates to the Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy.
