 Ethics:  Ethical considerations will include considerations as to making clear to individuals during investigation interviews who the attorney represents, role and limitations of privilege in employee investigations, considerations in providing advice to clients (whether employees or employers) as to when mediation and other ADR options are optimal, considerations as to when opposing counsel may interview former or current employees in employment litigation and ethical considerations in ADR, employee investigations, and trade secret and other employment litigation and dispute resolution.
