Please join the Well-Being Committee for an interactive conversation focused on the realities of caring for aging parents while also maintaining your own well-being. This open discussion will be led by Well-Being Committee member Jill Kalliomaa.

• Health and medical needs, including cognitive decline
• Legal and financial planning
• Daily living, safety, and support needs
• Social and emotional support for both caregivers and parents
