ACC Hong KongACCHK and Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) are jointly organising a Webinar Series tailored for in-house counsel and legal professionals. This webinar series aims to deepen understanding of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution, to provide practical guidance on negotiating arbitration clauses and equip participants with practical knowledge to make strategic decisions when faced with potential arbitration proceedings.
Our 1st session offers a foundational overview of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution. It will examine when arbitration is suitable through comparisons with other methods of dispute resolution with attention to procedural efficiency, confidentiality, and enforceability. The session will also address best practices in reviewing arbitration clauses allowing attendees to assess and revise sample clauses.
