Corporate Ethics and Compliance - Winning Stategies

This CLE program provides attorneys and corporate professionals with a practical framework for building and strengthening effective corporate ethics and compliance programs. As regulatory scrutiny and expectations grow, organizations must move beyond check-the-box compliance toward integrated, values-driven cultures. The session will address key best practices, including defining core values, developing and operationalizing an effective Code of Conduct, and demonstrating authentic commitment throughout management and employee ranks. Participants will also examine how to establish trusted avenues for reporting potential lapses, implement risk-based policies and training, conduct internal investigations, and continuously improve compliance efforts. Interactive small-group discussion of real-world scenarios will allow attendees to sharpen practical decision-making skills in this critical area.
