ACC SoCal and ACC Mexico City are thrilled to host our first‑ever collaborative event, Beyond Borders: Culture & Cuisine, featuring a live virtual cooking experience led by Executive Chef Alan Sanz, owner of the acclaimed Southern California restaurants Mirate and Daisy’s, as well as Rosetta and Broka Bistrot in Mexico City.
A special in‑person viewing party will be held exclusively at Broka Bistrot, located at Zacatecas 126, Roma Norte, Mexico City. This gathering is to watch the virtual cooking experience together; Chef Alan Sanz will not be cooking live on‑site.
Fifteen lucky ACC Members will win a $200 gift card, valid at Mirate and Daisy’s in Southern California, as well as Rosetta and Broka Bistrot in Mexico City.
