Get ready for an unforgettable evening learning how to make fresh pasta and then enjoying your delicious creations. This event will bring together in-house counsel and the Firm’s attorneys for an interactive culinary experience. We will transform flour and eggs into handmade fettuccine, learning about traditional techniques as you mix, knead, roll, and cut fresh pasta. Begin the evening with ricotta and roasted tomato bruschetta, then enjoy your handmade creations with your choice of classic meatballs or Italian stuffed mushrooms, accompanied by a crisp green salad.
Beyond the cooking, this event offers a relaxed setting to network and build connections with fellow professionals.
