Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC National Capital Region

Join us to review the major government contracts developments of 2025. From implementation of the “Revolutionary FAR Overhaul”, to anti-Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) executive orders, to the latest developments in the FY26 NDAA, to the ongoing evolution of cybersecurity compliance obligations, it was another busy and dynamic year for government contractors. We also saw important decisions relating to the False Claims Act, jurisdiction and standing in bid protests and contract appeals, and government contracts and grants termination rights.

The panel will review the key cases and laws and regulations from 2025, as well as look ahead to how the major events of 2025 are likely to impact government contracts law into 2026 and beyond.

Presented by Greg Jacobs, James Kim, Erin Felix, Dan Petkoff, Shareholders with Polsinelli, along with an in-house panelist.

2.0 Hours of VA MCLE pending.
