Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC MinnesotaGoverning Through Uncertainty: A Legal & Compliance Leadership Program
To mark 20 years of partnership, Baker McKenzie and ACC Minnesota cordially invite in-house counsel to our annual program and networking dinner!
In today’s rapidly shifting business environment, senior legal leaders face an unprecedented array of risks ranging from evolving regulatory priorities and global enforcement trends to heightened trade and customs scrutiny, cyber threats, and increasing geopolitical volatility.
Our program’s keynote speaker, Rod Rosenstein, will set the stage with a high‑level exploration of how the current U.S. policy and enforcement environment is reshaping corporate risk. A panel discussion featuring Minnesota in‑house leaders and Baker McKenzie practitioners will then deepen the conversation with a practical discussion of what these developments mean for legal and compliance teams on the ground—how leaders are reinforcing expectations internally, staying the course amid shifting enforcement signals, and advising the business when uncertainty has become the operating environment.
The panel will explore the widening scope of investigations and compliance expectations, trade and tariff uncertainty, and the growing reality that cyber and data issues are now core geopolitical risks affecting global operations. Participants will gain practical insights into how these dynamics are re-shaping the role of in‑house counsel as organizations navigate prolonged uncertainty.
To conclude the evening, we invite you to a relaxed reception followed by a networking dinner in the beautiful glass‑enclosed space at the McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota campus.
