Speaker Bios:
David Caplan leads Kilpatrick’s online enforcement team. He has spent 25 years protecting clients’ intellectual property rights against infringements online and has designed and implemented intellectual property enforcement programs for companies across industries.
Crystal Genteman focuses her practice on intellectual property enforcement, counseling clients on a range of trademark and copyright issues and advising them on strategies for protecting their brands. She specializes in protecting clients’ intellectual property rights online and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Leah Feinman is a practical-minded IP attorney with a focus on providing risk-based analyses to allow executives to make business-led decisions. Her background includes experience managing global trademark portfolios across enterprises, counseling on overall IP strategy, and risk mitigation at law firms and global companies.
Campbell Irving supports Little Caesars' marketing, IT and international growth teams. His practice areas include managing trademark portfolios, trademark enforcement and protection, brand protection, IP and marketing strategy, consumer protection, market research and sports and entertainment sponsorships
