Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Singapore

The ASEAN legal environment is a complex one, with a mix of different legal systems, languages and cultures. In such an environment, dispute-resolution clauses take on an increased importance. Parties have to carefully consider how to select the most advantageous jurisdiction to maximise procedural control, cost efficiency, and enforcement and prevent unwanted surprises in the event of a dispute. Join our regional speakers from across ASEAN as well as an experienced in-house counsel as they share their real‑world experiences on the advantages and pitfalls when operating in the different ASEAN jurisdictions. Panellists will also share their views on best practices in choosing a dispute-resolution mechanism and forum.

This event is for ACC members and guests of Drew & Napier only.  If you are interested in becoming a member of ACC Singapore please email accsingapore@accglobal.com.
