Overview (Program Summary)
This presentation will provide an overview of Executive Orders directing various federal agencies to amplify enforcement of immigration related regulations, and the joint DHS/DOJ proposed enforcement plans. We will also provide an overview of the immigration enforcement tools DHS and DOJ have to enforce applicable immigration rules and regulations, and a discussion on the rights and obligations of healthcare providers faced with enforcement actions by DHS/DOJ.
