In this session, they will discuss:
   •  How Australia’s cybersecurity and privacy landscape applies in a contractual context
   •  How cyber and privacy obligations impact the drafting and negotiation of contractual obligations
   •  The top 10 contractual issues relating to cybersecurity and incident response, and how to approach them in contracts

Please note the Zoom link you receive should not be shared with others, it is unique to you.
