A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

Join us for a practical CPD workshop on complex IP commercialisation tailored for In-house Counsel.

This interactive session is designed to address the real-world IP challenges faced by in-house legal teams. The session will provide practical guidance, including interactive discussion of real-world case studies and worked examples. Issues covered will include structuring, ownership, background IP and third-party rights, improvements, registrability (including inventorship and moral rights), enforcement rights and limitations, and the potential impact of competition laws.

Led by Thomson Geer Partners’ Bronwyn Furse and Josh Simons, this workshop will be tailored for in-house counsel, offering a unique chance to connect theory and practice within a collaborative setting.
