As cyber threats evolve, businesses must stay ahead by understanding their supply chain risk profile, particularly in areas like invoice fraud and IT procurement. This session will explore how to implement effective contractual and policy controls, strengthen technical defences and enhance collaboration between Legal and IT teams to mitigate risk.
We’ll also dive into Artificial Intelligence (AI) services as a growing part of the supply chain, unpacking key risks, management strategies and the opportunities AI presents, including its potential role in cyber risk mitigation.
For in-house practitioners, understanding these risks is critical to ensuring contracts, policies and governance frameworks are robust enough to protect against cyber threats. This session will provide the practical insights and strategies needed to proactively manage these challenges and safeguard your organisation.
