Corporate boards are increasingly turning to their legal executives for strategic guidance on high-stakes issues and GCs and CLOs are finding themselves at the center of conversations that shape the future of their organizations. This dinner will explore how legal leaders are navigating:
- CEO and executive leadership transitions and succession planning;
- The GC’s evolving role as consigliere to the CEO, CFO, and board;
