ACC Hong Kong

With the adoption of technology and artificial intelligence being used in business and for work, companies are having to increase their protections from unauthorized use of confidential information and commercially sensitive information.

There are legal implications and risks in technology-related contracts that in-house counsel should be aware of. This seminar will examine ways to mitigate such risk, from having the contractual mechanisms to protect your company in procurement contracts, service agreements, software licensing contracts etc. through to the right policies and safeguards to ensure employees under the remit of use of technology and AI for work.

We will also provide some practical drafting tips for key contractual clauses and best practices.
