This unique CLE program explores how music can be strategically used to support mindfulness, stress reduction, and enhanced focus for legal professionals.  Tailored to the high-pressure environment of corporate legal departments, the session blends neuroscience, mindfulness practices and curated musical experiences to offer practical tools for managing workload, promoting mental clarity and improving decision-making.  

Attendees will learn:
•    About the science of sound and evidence-based benefits of music
•    How to integrate mindful listening in the workday
•    How attorneys can use music to improve client connection
•    About neurodiversity and music

No prior mindfulness or musical experience is necessary – just an openness to tune in.
