ACC ChicagoEach new year in recent memory has seen an increase in the number and type of privacy-related class actions, arbitrations, and regulatory matters. 2024 was no different and the same is expected of 2025.
This program will look at some of the most recent trends in disputes related to privacy laws and artificial intelligence and will provide the latest on important developments in the law. Importantly, this program will also provide practical takeaways for in-house counsel to learn from the most recent developments and take concrete steps to avoid or minimize exposure.
