New to In-House Event | Golf and Grit: Mastering Soft Skills on the Green

Join ACC Charlotte and Parker Poe for a fun and interactive session to hone your soft skills and navigate tough legal situations in your organization. Forget focusing on the law; this is your chance to learn from each other about the interpersonal skills that truly make a difference.
 
While enjoying a round of mini golf at South End's premier Puttery Charlotte, your small group will tackle tricky scenarios on the front nine. On the back nine, teams will gather and share valuable insights on how they approached the scenarios. This is your opportunity to collaborate with both senior and new in-house attorneys, learning from each other's experiences and forming lasting connections. Please join us to putt and play while gaining invaluable knowledge and building your network.

5:30 PM – Driving Range Session: Registration
5:45 PM – First Tee Time: Welcome and start mini golf teams (group mentor/mentees and fill in with others)
6:30 PM – Make the Turn to the Back 9: Connections and group report outs with beverages and snacks
7:30 PM – 19th Hole: Ends

This program is being hosted by the New-to-In-House Committee and Parker Poe for both experienced in-house counsel and new to in-house attorneys. We need in-house counsel of all experience levels to attend and participate. Bring your experiences, tips and challenges to share at this lively and collaborative session.
