Speakers
Lam Chung Nian is the Head of the Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Group, specialising in IP, media, IT, data protection, and telecommunications law. He advises multinational companies, listed corporations, and government regulators on regulatory, transactional, enforcement, and advisory matters. His expertise covers IP transactions and enforcement, IT agreements including software licensing and outsourcing, telecommunications contracts and infrastructure projects, and personal data protection across various sectors. Chung Nian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves as an IP adjudicator and mediator on several prestigious panels, including IPOS, SIAC, and WIPO. He has held leadership roles in numerous professional organisations, sits on the boards of NTU and Assurity Trusted Solutions, and has taught at several Singaporean universities. He is also a Senior Accredited Specialist in Data & Digital Economy recognised by the Singapore Academy of Law.
Kylie Peh is a Partner in the Intellectual Property, Technology & Data Group, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious IP, portfolio management, technology, media, telecommunications, privacy, and data protection. She handles transactional, enforcement, and advisory work including franchising, IP due diligence, asset acquisitions, and M&A-related IP matters. Kylie advises IT service providers and institutional clients on outsourcing, licensing, and software agreements, and supports creative sector content producers on media licensing. She also assists clients with telecommunications regulatory compliance, licensing applications, and data protection across public and private sectors.
