Join us for a dynamic CLE program focused on identifying significant issues in a workforce pre-acquisition and critical considerations for integrating workforces following an acquisition. Whether you're navigating a merger, acquisition, or strategic partnership, this session will explore how to identify and address key legal risks with respect to employment compliance that arise when combining organizations, including best practices for harmonizing policies and compensation, contractual and compliance considerations. Attendees will gain practical insights to help ensure smoother transitions and mitigate post-deal legal exposure with their expanded workforce.
